Who has upgraded to V11.0.4?

Hi,

We're about to upgrade from V11.0.2 to 11.0.4 and were wondering if there have been any issues with the day to day running of V11.0.4?

Our data base is rather large (124.7 gb) and so it would be good to hear from similarly-sized organisations.

As always, your help in this matter will be gratefully received.

Cheers K

  • Hi Keith,

Our db size is 126 Gb, and we upgraded to 11.0.4 in October.  It was a very straightforward process, and we haven't had any issues.  In fact, we were keen to put it in place as soon as possible because there were several bug fixes we needed.

  • Hi Keith,

Our database is more like 80 GB so not quite as large. We upgraded to 11.0.4 as well and had no major issues - in fact, like Nancy, it fixed some problems we were experiencing with prior v11 releases. I think we did apply some of the post-11.0.4 hot fixes, such as one that resolved an issue we were experiencing with the Report Server.

    Thanks,
    David

  • Thanks Nancy, that's quite comforting.

    Cheers k

We've been on v11.0.4 since Oct 2 2012; this was a painless upgrade for us. Highly recommended.

  • We launched Live straight on 11.0.4 last month. (v11.0.3 then 11.0.4 in same go)

Just make sure you have the hot fixes in especially around Rapid Address.

  • Thanks David,

The responses I’m getting seem to be universally positive (which is heartening).

In fact given the reaction that some of our users have had to 11.0.4 during the testing process, I think we’ll be upgrading sooner rather than later.

    Thanks again.

  • Thanks Mark - we've been looking at QA on V11.0.4 (we're thinking of changing our display settings, QA settings and web registration address field order to 123) lots to organise though.
