Our box office is looking for a report that I think should be out there somewhere but I haven't been able to find it.
We would like a report that shows the facility with the number of available seats (total capacity not sales) listed by price zone.
Does such a thing exist?
If you're looking for available seats on a perf-byperf basis, the Performance Base Availability report should work. Or... do you mean by facility as in sum of available seats for all perfs/prods in a given facility? I have a custom availability report that runs by date range and groups on production, then drills-in to perf and zone within perf. It also has parameters for assumptions of percentage held and available seats possible to sell and calculates potential based on that as well as the full availability. It'd probably need some decustomization and/or recustomization to work for you. Glad to share if you're interested.

I'm still trying to get my head around the request from the box office. It looks like the availability report is actually more information than is needed. All they are looking for is a list of the facilities with the total number of seats in each price zone.
I'm wondering if there is a way to print a facility map that is simply color coded by zone map.

On TASK, there is a shared report called "Zone Map Capacity Proof" that gives availability counts by zone by zone map, without the need to select a performance or package.
It is ticket #120 in the Reference Materials project.

I'll probably be going back to that SP a few times to understand the seat/seat map/zone map/zone relationships as well.
