The Smithsonian is now using a software package called Samaritan for managing volunteers. Our unit will at some point in the near future be required to use it. We currently use Tessitura for our event volunteer management.
Does anyone else use Samaritan, and if so, have you been able to integrate it with Tessitura so that event data flows into Samaritan and volunteer assignment data flows back out into Tessitura?
