We gave a user group Add, Edit and View permission to "Const Cust Service RB *" on "All Constituencies". But any user logged in with that group can only View and Add a new customer service issue but they can't Edit them once added. Any idea, what could go wrong? Thanks for any help.

There is a Security Object called "Tools Cust Service Issues" I believe you have to add Edit to that one also.
