CPU Usage with PAH service

Hello,

Has anyone had an issue with the CPU usage by the PAH service? The CPU usage is sky high right now. We are seeing intermittent spikes in the CPU of the server on which PAHT is installed. It seems that what is happening is that  the logs for the service have a maximum file length before they are deleted, and are filling up very quickly and then being deleted. We are just in the testing phases right now with this.

Thanks!

  • Figured this out, In the TR_PAHT_CONFIGURATION table the email send time out was set to 0s. After changing it to 2m, everything is fine.
