Label Text

As we move onto V11, I am looking to change the label text of street 1 and 2. No problem, ctrl-alt click edit the text in the pop up. Looks great! ... for me. :( No on else is seeing the change. Any ideas?

Thanks,

Marty

  • You have to change the street label for every type of constituent, I think…

  • Hi Marty,

You will also want to update the label text on the Contact Details Tab, where you double click an address for the expanded view. Also for the different types of constituent records (Individual, Household etc...) as Lucie mentions.

We did the same thing a few weeks ago.

    Good luck!

    Nicholas

  • On the General Tab, you’ll need to adjust the text once for each constituent group (organization, household, individual), not constituent type.  Load an organization, set the text, load a household, set the text, load an individual, set the text.  That should cover the general tab!
