Tessitura Shortcuts

Dear Tessitura Gurus:

I am helping moderate a discussion in San Antonio called Managing Workflow to Save Time and Money.

Several of you have been so kind in the past as to share procedures you have devised that are great timesavers. I would love to collect them and make them available to people who are interested.

Have you come up with any wonderful gift entry or ticket entry shortcuts? Have you written any clever procedures that save you hours of setup time or save you the effort of having to remember to update certain jobs that run on the database? Do you have some exceptional proofreading reports that you haven't shared through Shared Reports via the Network?

Please share!

For anyone who sends me something, I promise I will include you on the distribution list with anything I get.

    I can't remeber who I stole this from, but running a nightly procedure that automatically closes appeals/campaigns when there end dates occur. This has saved me lots of time.
