At the TLCC2012 I was happy to learn that other organizations were setting up Flex Passes in a way that makes more sense than how we were doing it, which was with Gift certificate numbers. I am currently in the process of testing the set-up for the new dummy package method of Flex passes.
One concern we have is that our reporting will be negatively effected. We heavily rely on a custom sales report to see how close we are to meeting our goal. I went in to Infomaker and found that the areas that track Flex Pass sales go off of ticket type. The coding specifically says "ticket type= 'Flex Used'" and "ticket type='Unredeemed Flex'"
Does anyone know where ticket type is set up? I'm also wondering if because it will be setup like a subscription, if the Flex Pass money will be included with the subscription money.
Or is this too custom for anyone to be able to help me?
