Yesterday our WiFi Access Points went down inside the building and we took all of our scanners offline to scan in for our matinee shows. When the WiFi went back on I attempted numerous times to upload the offline scans and yet every time I did I got a ticket for other performance warning. Thus keeping me from truly recording the attendance for the performance in Tessitura. I realize now that we had issues with the scanners recently and we did a hard reset (battery pull) to right them again. When we did that we set the scanners internal date back to original factory settings, thus the scans are showing that they happened in March of 09. I have tried everything from only listing the show in the tables, changing the show dates in Ticketing Set-up, changing the dates on the scanner to match the supposed scanned dates. In the end nothing has worked. Any suggestions or ideas out there, it has never been an issue before.
