Is there a way I can do a normal fixed seat rollover were the target performances have different zone maps but the same facility or do I have to do a super package?
Jason,
That should work just fine. I believe the rollover process is all about the seat location and the price zones won't interfere.
Try it in TEST first, but I don't think you will have any problems.
Jared
The only way I could get the performance groups setup was to not select a facility, then it will allow me to create the group.
But, In the package setup I have the same issue . If I don’t select the facility I can add the performance group but cannot select fixed seat.
If I select the facility, it fills the bs and z map fields and then I cannot see the perf group if not selecting the proper z map
Any thought?
All performances in a fixed seat package need to have the same zone map. You would need to use a super package if you want to have different zone maps on the performances. This really doesn’t have anything to do with the rollover though.
As an extra bit of clarification, the zone map on the source package in a rollover does not matter, which allows you change your zone layout from season to season if you wanted.
