Cusomized Help

Has anyone created cusomized help files for their specific institution?  We would like to keep the standard Tessitura help files and then create a smaller help file for just Santa Fe issues.

    We've actually started to use google docs, since they are available an editable online from anywhere, much like the new Tessitura help. We just link to each google doc in the custom help system table, so it can be found via the regular help channels in the app.

    (U of M has implemented Google products campus wide here, so it was no problem to limit access to our custom help to those in our org with the link, if there was any question about security.)

    Hello,

    Replying to a old post but hope someone picks it up. I'm trying to add a custom Google Doc for a new report I've written but I can't seem to get it to add. Any advice on what I may have done wrong?
