Hello,
We have a custom tab on the constituent record that tracks volunteer hours. The tab looks like it launches, but when you click the 'add' button it crashes the application. It only crashes the application when the constituent record has no previously recorded volunteer activity. If there is data present on the record it displays the data and allows you to add a line with no problem.
Does anybody have any clues as to what might be happening?

We had this problem with an early version of Tessitura V11. There is a hot fix that solves this issue though, took me a while to find this out and I had practically rebuilt the custom screen before I worked this out!
Thank you for the info! You have just saved me untold additional hours of frustration. Looks like I'll shift priorities to getting the patches applied instead of spinning my wheels.
