Customer Creation Concerns

Is there not a function/procedure that will go in and update T_CUSTOMER's primary_address_no field - which would be especially helpful after I create a bunch of new customers for our Studio?

  • That column is no longer used in v11.  We now look at T_ADDRESS where primary_ind = ‘Y’.  In previous versions both primary_address_no and primary_ind were kept in sync.

  • You can use Constituent Import ( Data Management report folder)  and it takes care of primary address information.
