I just realized that I'm not doing transaction log backups for the two Transcend databases (TPAU and TPAU Archive). Do you?
I also just found that the Report Server database transaction logs are being backed up every 15 minutes. Is that really necessary?
For us, we don't do trans log backup for TPAU nor TPAU Archive; as we don't think the information in that database is updated as often. We do a regular Full and Differential.
Also, I don't think a report server database needs to be backed up every 15 minutes as I believe it only holds configuration data which doesn't change often/regularly.
Would be good to get second opinions though.
