We have upgraded to Tessitura V11.03 and I am trying to reconnect our artifax link. I have downloaded the tessitura portions and have run the 11.03 scripts and run the Tess event link setup. When I configure my message sync service with the correct strings the service stops and starts. I am on version 1.02.0640. when I attempt to search for a constituent I get the error 'error copying rows to data search to window". The constitutents seem to link okay between Tess and Artifax but I can't hunt down this error. Any ideas?
We experienced the same errors when upgrading to v11. There are link code updates as well, and process of getting everything to work was a bit involved. I can't recommend strongly enough that you e-mail
