I recently got the report emailing set up on our system. It appears that portrait-oriented reports that we schedule send out just fine, but for some reason, it seems the landscape-oriented reports pop up with a printer window prompt that must be ok'd to generate the report.
Does anyone know what I can do so these reports send off automatically and don't hang up on my report server? The reports run just fine and I can see them in the server window, but when the system goes to convert the output to pdf via the Sybase Datawindow PS printer, I'm seeing the document properties dialogue box where I select layout properties (page orientation, etc.).
I've double-checked the print specifications on the report in Infomaker and it's set to landscape and I even tried unchecking 'prompt before printing', but that seems to have had no effect.
