Abandoned Carts

Hi Guys

I was wondering if anyone out there is looking at Abandoned Carts on their websites (i.e. added tickets in to their Basket online but never actually paid).

We are interesting in finding out how you contact customers, when do you contact customers and sort of reaction you get.  Do you get more ticket sales if you do contact these customers!

  • It is something that we are looking at and I am writing scripts at the moment. We haven't implemented it yet, as we are still going through the different rules that we would need to put in place in the script before we email the customer, such as looking if the show is sold out, did the customer buy something else instead etc.
