I just wondered if anyone else has experienced a problem in version 11, when building a list, using the Does Not Have operator AND checking the Search Household box on the criteria line. The results are not accurate.

I am running into the same issue. In this case creating a list of board members that purchased subscriptions. The board constituency is on the individual record whereas the tix were purchased on the household account.
We recently did a Tessitura 11.0.4 upgrade. Could that be the issue? Should I contact our systems analyst?
We have just recently discovered a defect in the List Manager with DOES NOT HAVE and the Search Household flag. We have identified the fix for this and are currently testing it. We will then see if the change is something that can be delivered in a hotfix.
It is probably best to open a ticket for this to ensure that it is logged and tracked properly.
