2 pages with report

Hi I have an SSRS report that always gives me an extra page, when printed.  Does anyone know how to stop that from hapenning?

  • Also, pay attention to the Report properties, which define the margin and page size.  The size of the design area also controls how the report paginates horizontally and vertically.

This will nearly always be caused by your data being too wide on your SSRS template. Drag it in a bit so it's within the normal margins of the page and then try again. Someone might have a more precise way of working out the width, but I usually just try dragging things in, and then doing a print preview to see whether there is a blank page.
