Has anyone seen this error before?
Unable to connect to MessageBox Controls -3
We have a user that can't log in to Tessitura now that we've upgraded to V11. He is working on a Mac and connecting to Tess through remote desktop connection. He was able to log in when we were on V10.

I have run into this several times in the last few weeks and installing dot net 4 solved the problem each time. I hope it works for you, too.
Also, the error really doesn’t give much useful information, so it would be nice if that could be cleaned up.

Yes, this is caused by not having .net 4 installed
