We started experiencing significant slowness yesterday on both of our Tessitura systems (live and test). I see it when opening a constituent record: the data is slow to load, then the header is even slower. Navigating to the transactions and orders tabs seem to be particularly problematic. I also have reports from users that the ordering process is very slow. I have rebooted the entire test system and still see this slowness. We are a bit at a loss as to where to go with our troubleshooting from here. Any help you can offer would be greatly appreciated.
We have been experiencing slow navigating as well.

We figured out our issues were custom headers. I believe the the ones from v10 will have to be redone.
The header does get reloaded more often in v11, and custom headers, particularly those with a "Next Ticketed Event" or other element that queries large tables, can slow things down noticeably, in my experience.
Performance-wise I wouldn't mind removing "NTE" from our custom headers, but it is very popular.
