Anyone know what alt_ret_ind is?

This field is in t_perf. I have two perfs and one isn't working right on the web. The only difference I can see is this field is"N" in one perf and Null in the other.

I checked T_inventory and tx_inv_tkw. No differences.

  • I think you mean avail_ret_ind.  If so, this column is obsolete and is not used by the application or the API.  T_PERF.avail_sale_ind is used by the application and the API and is a global toggle to turn on or off sales and returns to a performance.  In the Performance Details window, this setting is controlled by the On Sale checkbox.

Thanks Ryan. That’s not my problem then.

  • I would try logging in as the web user from the client and see if you can sell the performances. This would either tell you that it’s a setup issue (the performance isn’t showing up or no price types show up) or tell you that it’s a site implementation issue (i.e., you can sell the performance as expected in a ticket order).
