I'm in the processing of upgrading TNSPay and as such installing the Payment Gateway Service. On the installation document it says it needs Windows Server 2008 R2. I've just spoken to one of our suppliers and they say we can only buy Windows Server 2012 now, and then downgrade, which is fine.
My question is, will the Payment Gateway Service run on Windows Server 2012, and if so, how much can I turn off? As I understand Windows 2012 can now be run in a pure command line mode without any extras, which should be a bit more PCI compliant...
