One potential area of confusion which we would like to clarify here:Forums are not meant to take the place of Tessitura Support. Although many users are to be commended for advising others when problems with the application are reported, the Network is concerned about burning out participants with threads that should be handled offline by a Support specialist via a TASK help ticket or by an Implementation specialist.
Examples of issues that are best viewed as support issues and not appropriate topics for the forums include:
* Error messages received when using Tessitura
* Unexpected behavior in Tessitura functionality
* Unexpected results in standard Tessitura reports
* Questions about installing version upgrades and patches or problems stemming from a Tessitura upgrade
* Inability to launch Tessitura or use its features
