We are gradually moving all contact data, e.g. for board members, actors, etc., not customers, into Tessitura. This will make for a good central source for this data, but one lingering need is for shared Outlook distribution/contact lists. They are just too handy and useful to give up so far.
We are looking for the best way to populate and/or repopulate these. I've made a custom report that will pull e-mails in exactly the way this method wants for copy-and-paste insertion:

This method, among others I've found, appears to be the best candidate so far. Crucially, it involves the fewest steps. I dream of an SSRS "Save as new distribution list" option, but the above may be my best bet.
Anyone else have any ideas?
