We are having an issues with our web orders going through Tessitura just fine but at the end, on the web page the users received a message 'Failed to get original transaction by reference number', not able to email. But the order is in Tessitura and can be reviewed without any problem. Has anyone else had this and can anyone even suggest a good place to start looking?
