Is it possible to have a promo code/offer without having it connected to a discount ticket? We are offering some of our shows to the public at the discounted member rate and I had no problem in getting that offer up & running. To the same group, we want them to be able to use the promo code - but have it go to the regular ticket price on the rest of our shows since there is not a discount price on those shows. Is that possible? Thanks in advance for your responses.
Hi Karen, Are you using TNEW? If so, you can add a promo code to the URL when you send someone to the page and the right source code will be activated without the user realising. This is good for situations where you're not offering a discount and customers might not be bothered putting in the promo code. By making it part of the URL, you can make sure you activate it.
