Promo Codes without Discounts

Is it possible to have a promo code/offer without having it connected to a discount ticket?  We are offering some of our shows to the public at the discounted member rate and I had no problem in getting that offer up & running.  To the same group, we want them to be able to use the promo code - but have it go to the regular ticket price on the rest of our shows since there is not a discount price on those shows.  Is that possible?  Thanks in advance for your responses.

  • Sure.  If you are just using an offer, then the promo code should unlock the special price on whichever performances have that price and on performances that don’t have that price they will still have access to whatever prices are normally available.

If you are using the promo code to trigger a mode of sale shift, then you will need to be sure that the regular price is also associated with the new mode of sale.
