We are currently testing Version 11 on a Citrix environment as well as a remote desktop connection terminal server environment. We are finding that clicking on the Relationships tab and entering a batch causes the application to crash on Citrix, but not in RDC on the same terminal server.
Has anyone encountered this behaviour and do you know how to stop this from happening?

We are not using any remote connections for our environment, but we did find that some clients were crashing if they did not have enough memory. Can you up the amount of system memory in the Citrix environment?

Thanks for the response. We actually needed a patch from Microsoft to sort out the issue.
