N-Scan Door Close time

We set the door close to 90 minutes past show time because we do want to scan latecomers.

We are very new on N-Scan and getting ready for our first show at the end of September.  Our Box Office Manager is a little confused about Door Close time - does it need to be several hours past Door Open time to accommodate late comers. What range do you use in your organization, and how do you deal with scanning/recording attendance of late comers?
