Hi all,Not sure if "technical" is the best place to put this post but I'm unsure of a better one.We will soon be embarking on a project to get a better grasp of everyone’s level of understanding of Tessitura within our organization as well as assess individual and departmental needs/wants in relation to the software. I know this was a big topic at the conference last year and I'm hoping to gather advise, suggestions and any general thoughts or materials that anyone might be willing to share on this matter.Our hope is to knock current users up to the next level of Tessitura competency as well as encourage organization wide usage of the system.Cheers!
