We have noticed that the formatted salutations for Organisations no longer work in V11.
The name and business title of the primary contact no longer appears above/with the address and the 'Dear:' field does not use the primary contact details either.
I've looked at the help texts on TR_SALUTATION_FORMAT and it says that these fields are not used anymore. What do I need to do to get the functionality that were used to in V11?

We've run into the same issue, re: pulling org data that used to have their primary contact as the N2 on the org record. Apparently, the recommended strategy is to now pull the Primary Contact affiliate + their business address, rather than the org address + affiliate name or sal.
Seems like a rather significant change v11 that has arrived with too little fanfare, IMHO.
I have had a meeting with our Education team this afternoon and this issue has cropped up again. Are there any plans/are we any closer to getting this functionality reinstated?
All we want is for the starred name and business title to copy over onto the general tab when the GenSal button is pressed so that can be pulled easily when you run a report. It used to work like this pre v11 and it doesn't seem like there is new functionality that would conflict with it being reinstated.
