We currently use Transcend 2.x and we need to change our mercahnt numbers or possibly our processor. is there anything that needs to be done in Tessitura or is it all done in Transcend?

Its all done in transcend. I just did mine a few months back. If you change the merchant id in transcend, make sure you update it tessitura. If possible try to keep it the same.
Actually, I just edited the merchants and updated the information.
