Problems w/ networked BOCA printers

All,

Our organization (we're currently undergoing our initial Tessitura implementation) is running into a printing problem.  For some reason we can't print to our networked BOCA dual path printer using a JetDirect 170X adaptor.  Any suggestions?  Thanks.

    You may have an IP address conflict on the system. You should check to make sure that you do not have the same IP address assigned to your computer and printer. You should also check to see if you have selected the correct port. You may have to create a new port (TCP/IP since it sounds like you are using a print server) and assign an IP address that is different from your computer. i.e. 192.168.3.5
