Integrating Phone System and Tessitura

BAM is in the process of purchasing a new phone system.

For those who have done some integration between their phone systems and Tessitura. 

I have four quick questions:

1.       What type(s) of integration do you have between your phones system and Tessitura?

2.       What business benefit(s) does this integration provide to your organization?

3.       What telephone systems and / or add-ons are you using to achieve this integration?

4.       What feature(s) of that telephone system and / or add-ons are you using to achieve the integration with Tessitura?
