Hello,
I have been tasked to develop the configuration that would allow for a consortium within our Tessitura installation. The biggest question we are facing (at the moment) is how to secure the access so that each organization has access only to it's own resources and that no one organization can access any other organization's data.
Is this a possible configuration? If so, is there documentation regarding this setup/configuration? I searched through the community and found some references regarding consortium and sublicenses; however, I did not see any documentation on how one might set this up with security/separation in mind.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated in this matter.
Thank you,Aaron RichardsSarasota Opera Association
Hi Aaron,
Control groups are used to segregate data within a consortium. You can find documentation about control groups here and here.

Hi Kevin,
I am wondering if in future versions of Tessitura if there will be any changes to what data of other organizations in a consortium can be hidden. That is will it be possible to completely hide the general screen of another organization's data?
Thank you,
Lou Ann
