We have a single PC that the Print-At-Home Resend Request Button is Grey'd-out and not able to be pressed. This user can log into another PC and use this functionality without problem. To attempt to fix this issue, Tessitura was completely removed from this system, back-end services (.Net Framework 4) were patched and Tessitura installed from scratch under administrative privileges. The user then attempted to log back in and the functionality is still not working.
Has anyone happen to have run into this previously? We are using Version 11.03.

I had exactly the same problem. You need to make sure that in TR_ORDER_SHIP_METHOD you have the PAH_Ind checked. For some reason this doen't stop you from doing PAH but does stop you reprinting tickets from ticket order screen.

Hi Nick. I double checked this, and we do indeed have the PaH indicator checked for our Print at Home delivery method. Again, the unusual thing is that this appears to only be an issue for a specific PC. The user experiencing the issue, does not have the issue when logged into other comptuers.
OK looks like the issue wasidentified: the user's default printer was not selected in preferences. Now it is and apparently the button is funtioning correctly again.
