Tim.exe - where oh where?

Where exactly is tim.exe?

Doc says it’s in the TessituraInstaller folder in the Installers folder on the share.  But I can’t find!

  • David - TIM is in Installers > TessituraInstaller in the upgrade.  If you are not seeing it check that you unblocked the zip file you downloaded from  TASK before you unzipped the files.  Also make sure you unzip the file before you put it on the share.  If you unzip on the share sometime windows does not unzip all the files.  If you did unzip before putting on the share make sure you do not have the files in a windows protected folder like Program Files or Windows.

If you are still having an issue please put in a help ticket.

  • …hehe – that was it.  I haven’t unzipped everything yet – only what I needed thus far.  Thank you Anna!
