I wonder if anyone can offer some feedback as what you do with inactive records? We have over 65,000 inactive records with no ticket or donation history. The simply serve to clog up our seach function and results. We woulod like to delete the accounts but we know this is bad db practice. we also considered merging all 65.000 accounts into a single account - but have decided again this - does anyone have any other ideas or creative ways of handling inactive accounts?
