We have just implemented Tessitura (ver. 11). We would strongly prefer to user our "company font" (VoiceSerif) when printing tickets using Boca Lemur-S printers. Boca tech support has provided documentation for using TrueType fonts, but it's a complex process and requires using their FGL driver rather than the Generic/Text-Only driver called for by Tessitura. Is that an option? Or are there other, better solutions for customizing ticket fonts in Tessitura?
You must use the Generic/Text-Only driver for the ticket printer to work with Tessitura.
