I'm trying to configure our TR_STATE table for an upcoming data conversion. Our consortia partner apparently has a number of patrons from Mexico but I'm not sure how to configure TR_STATE appropriately for addresses within Mexico -- do you use districts in this table as well as the states or just states and then how would you deal with the Federal District? I don't really know enough about how to address mail to Mexico to make the most effective choices. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
