I'm sure I've already added this but can't find it anywhere, apologies for the repetition if it is already here.
We have found in V11 that when creating a new account, it is not possible to use the phone1, phone2, fax fields. Our Box Office would like this to be available rather than having to go across to the Contact Details tab.
Anyone else familiar with this issue and know how to fix it?

This is a known issue when using QAS in which the system is not registering that the address has been populated; this is resolved in the next build of v11. In the meantime, the work around is to enter an additional character in the address after it is entered. For example, go into the Street 1('Street' in your system) and add a space to the end of the row. This will activate the phone fields.
