Hi Curtis,
I'm not sure what you mean by 'badge report' - is this a custom report of yours?
It really depends on where your information is coming from but you might want to take a look at the report 'User Defined Format From a List'. You could set up a dynamic list and schedule an excel or csv file to be emailed to you daily, ready for merging to labels.
Hope that helps,
Adriana

Alright if no one has used badge report, how about printing any information from Tessitura on to a label sheet? anyone??

Hi Curtis, the simplest way to do this is to set up a Word label template that you can use. Here's how I would do it.
NEXT TIME YOU RUN THE LABELS OFF
1. Create a list of all the students.
2. Execute an Output Set and save it as a spreadsheet.
3. Go into Word and merge the spreadsheet into your label template.
4. Save the Word template in a convenient centrally located folder where everyone can get to it.
THE TIME AFTER THAT YOU RUN LABELS
1. Create your list in Tessitura.
2. Execute an output set.
3. This time, instead of downloading it as a spreadsheet, just choose Reports > Merge and navigate to your label template.
4. It will open the Word template and a box will pop up. Click the Merge button, and magically it will merge all the names into the your Word template in seconds without having to muck around with a spreadsheet at all.
And you'll fall in love with Tessitura all over again ...
