We need to print out our badge report daily to labels to sticker our school group kids...anyone done this before?

Alright if no one has used badge report, how about printing any information from Tessitura on to a label sheet? anyone??

I'm not sure what you mean by 'badge report' - is this a custom report of yours?
It really depends on where your information is coming from but you might want to take a look at the report 'User Defined Format From a List'. You could set up a dynamic list and schedule an excel or csv file to be emailed to you daily, ready for merging to labels.
