When creating a CSI Reminder or a Solicitation Task, the default Status options are Not Complete, Complete, and Reassign. Is there a simple way to add to or alter these? I've been unable to locate this field in any of the system tables I've looked at.
That dropdown is one of the few you can’t customize.
