Web Sales in Tessitura

Hello,

Currently we are a POP client and I am interested if there is a table in Tessitura SQL 2008 R2 that lists if a user is logged in to the web and attempting to purchase tickets.  We have encountered times when a person is attempting to purchase a ticket and we are taking down the web site for maintenance.  Occaisionally an end user will get a "phantom charge."  One that gives them a confirmation number but no actual ticket sale.

Google Analytics has a realtime option that shows how many people are online and what page they are on. I use this in combination with GetClicky which as a “spy” option.
