Well it isn't really gibberish, but our BOCAs have each had an episode where they have skipped an order printing some boca system information and blank tickets instead of the patrons tickets during a batch ticket printing session. We are on 10.1 and nothing has really changed recently. They've worked correctly for years. The clients using the BOCAs are doing so via terminal server and the BOCAs are networked.
Has anyone seen anything like this?
Cheers!
PS. I've submitted a ticket to BOCA as well.
Gotta love the BOCA Printers lol! Is it doing it for all of them or just one?
This has happened once on each of our two ticket printers within the last couple weeks. They were purchased together in 2009.
Are you using the Windows generic/text driver?

The printers are set to the generic/text driver, however I found that the paper source is set to Automatically Select instead of Cont. Feed - No Break. To my knowledge nothing has been changed lately so I'm unsure why this would suddenly create a problem.I'm going to update one of the BOCAs to the correct paper source and see it that helps.
