Hi everyone. I have a quick question regarding entry points. Do all entry points in NSCAN for each of our actual physical facilities have to be setup all at once or can we have one physical facility's entry points setup and working and then start working on figuring out the setup of entry points for another physical facility?
The reason I’m asking is because yesterday afternoon I finally implemented entry points for one of the physical facilities. Their tickets scanned as they should, indicating the patron needed to go to the balcony to be scanned if they had balcony level tickets, etc. However, before they began scanning tickets another physical facility opened their doors for an event and every ticket they tried to scan said that the ticket needed to be scanned at an entry point at the other physical facility. Very, very strange. This is why we’re wondering if the entry points need to be setup on all scanners all at once or if it should work if we setup one physical facility at a time with perhaps days or weeks in between implementing entry points on the other physical facilities.
