Hi Tessiturians -
Does anyone out there access the Transcend client from a Windows 2008 R2 64bit terminal server? We're having the strangest issue with the log in screen where it has a good 4-5 second lag between keystroke and showing on screen as well as the mouse appearing and disappearing. Once you manage to log in to the actual Transcend client everything works hunky-dory. It's just the darn logging in that is so whacky. (And since this is a terminal server if a user locks out the machine EVERYONE is locked out, so having issues on the log in screen is particularly nasty.)
Intrix is stumped. I'm stumped. We've reinstalled/upgraded to the latest version/etc with no luck so I thought I'd see if anyone else has the same setup and if they had any issues or it is just us.
Thanks!

Heather,
You’re not alone! We have the same issue. Intrix support told me they’re aware of several companies having the same trouble, but they don’t have a fix. I haven’t had time to dig deeper, but it certainly is annoying.
Regards,
Lori

Well that's one of those good news/bad news things. Intrix made it sound like we were the only organization having this issue - so at least I know now that it isn't just something weird that we've done!
Have you implemented any workarounds? I thought about making a virtual 2003 windows box just for the Transcend client but that just seems like such a step backwards.
