When we first jumped on to Tessitura, we used the Attributes Tab to list our Mail / Phone / eAddress conact restrictions and would mark the General Tab with "See Attributes." Now that we are completely up and running, we’re wanting to return this function to the General Tab, but found that when we enter the appropriate Restriction in the General Tab, it automatically reverts back to “See Attributes” after confirming the saved change. How can I revert it back to its original function?
It sounds like you may have a local custom procedure running that automatically adds the "See Attributes" restriction when an attribute of a specific type exists. Not a bad thing to have but not good if you're moving your restrictions from attributes back to the General Tab.Dale
